Costs & Billing

We participate with most insurance plans, and will complete and file your insurance forms for you. Insurance plans differ, so feel free to discuss how your particular plan works and what it covers with one of our billing specialists. If you have no applicable insurance coverage, we can usually extend you a “cash discount” if you pay in full at the time of the service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

In some cases, you may need a referral from your primary care doctor to be eligible for insurance coverage. Please be sure that your insurance information is up-to-date and that you are eligible for coverage. We will be happy to review your coverage with you.

Please note that if you require an authorization which you have not obtained or if the insurance information you gave us is inaccurate, we may not receive payment. If this occurs, you will be responsible for paying all charges not paid by insurance. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we can still complete all of the forms for you so you can be reimbursed.
